This website is operated by Pura Foundation, a charitable trust based in Chikkaballapur, Karnataka, India. Using it means accepting these terms.
Donations
A donation is a voluntary, unconditional gift. It does not create a contract for services, does not entitle you to direct how funds are spent beyond your choice of programme, and does not confer any interest in the trust or its assets. We may decline or return a donation.
How funds are applied
Contributions are applied to the programme you selected. Where a programme’s goal is met, is discontinued, or the equipment is obtained by other means, remaining funds are applied to the closest comparable purpose, and donors to that fund are contacted first.
Accuracy of information
Programme costs, goals and progress figures are published in good faith and updated as circumstances change. Fund totals shown on the site reflect confirmed donations recorded in our system.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay and are subject to their terms. We are not liable for failures, delays or charges arising within the payment network or your bank.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chikkaballapur, Karnataka.
